Where are you based?
We are based in Noida, India, with proximity to some of the most prominent jewellery manufacturing hubs. This allows us to work closely with artisans and ensure timely deliveries and consistent product quality.
Which countries do you export to?
We cater to clients across the USA, UK, Canada, UAE, Australia, Europe, and parts of Africa and South-East Asia. Our processes comply with international shipping and documentation standards.
What kind of jewellery do you offer?
We offer a wide and diverse range of imitation jewellery categories, including necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and rings. Our collection spans traditional and ethnic styles such as Polki, gold-plated, Kundan, and antique designs, as well as contemporary fashion jewellery including Korean-inspired pieces, pearl jewellery, and more. This variety ensures you can find the perfect styles to suit different markets and customer preferences.

Do you offer custom designs?
Yes. We provide custom design development services. If you have reference images or sample products — we can help recreate or adapt them to your specifications while ensuring commercial viability and quality.
What materials are used in your jewellery?
Our products typically use stainless steel, brass, alloy bases, imitation stones, glass, beads, pearls, and plating such as Gold Plating, Rhodium Plating, Antique Plating, Chrome Plating, or Enamel finishes. We ensure material and coating quality meets your market standards and is skin-friendly.
Can I see samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We offer samples* (free product samples, shipping at actual cost) so you can evaluate our finishing, craftsmanship, and packaging quality before committing to a larger order. *T&C apply

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We offer flexible MOQs, especially for first-time buyers. Depending on the product type and customisation required, MOQs vary. We also offer bundled starter kits for boutique and small sellers.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing depends on product category, order volume, customisation, packaging, and shipping method. Our rates are highly competitive and aimed at supporting long-term wholesale partnerships.
Do you offer private labelling and custom packaging?
Yes. We offer private labelling services including custom tags, boxes, inserts, and logos — ideal for brands and resellers. This is optional and available at nominal cost depending on design and quantity.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to multiple countries via trusted logistics partners like DHL, FedEx, and Aramex. For bulk orders, we can also arrange sea cargo.
What certifications will I receive with my shipment?
If you require any specific certifications or third-party testing reports (such as material safety, metal content, or compliance with your country’s standards), we’re happy to arrange them on request for an additional fee. Just let us know your needs in advance.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Lead times vary by order size and customisation but generally range from 10 to 25 days from order confirmation. Express delivery options are available for smaller batches or urgent shipments.
